Payment can be made online by any credit or debit card.

All UK orders placed before 4.45pm Monday to Thursday will be sent to you via Royal Mail post , which means they will be with you in 3-5 working days at the address you provided upon ordering. Orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed for next day delivery and will reach you on the next working day.
UK customers can register for next day delivery at extra cost. This will ensure your parcel reaches you the next day.
For all European and some International orders we use Royal Mail's Airsure and Airmail services. This service is the fastest available and is usually sent on the next avaliable flight but it is not guaranteed for any specific day or date. We would not expect delivery to take longer than 7 days.
For all international orders the packages must be kept below 2kg so as not to incur extra charges, these will be sent via Airmail and can take up to 7 working days. If you wish to place a large order over 2kg, then the order will be split and we may have to charge extra for this. We would always email you to check weather you wish to continue with your purchase or if you would prefer to change your order.
Exchanging an Item
If for any reason you require an exchange for a different size, style or color then please order the item(s) you require from our website, this will create a new order number and we will then dispatch the new item(s) to you. Please ring us for a returns authorization number which you should write on the returns slip, then please send back the unwanted item(s) to us using an insured track-able service as we will not be held responsible for any lost items being returned to us. When we receive the unwanted item(s) we will refund the item(s) back to your original method of payment. I'm sorry but unfortunately we do not pay for return postage at present.

Please be advised that for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange socks or underwear.
All shoes must be sent back in the same box that they were sent in. When trying on your shoes please walk on a soft surface as not to scuff the soles, any shoes found in this condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
